MOVING DAY is finally here!
Use our checklist to take a tiny bit of stress out of your day! We always recommend putting together a “1st night suitcase”.
1 x Set of bedding for all sleeping
Cutlery & Dishes for 1 meal ( Paper dishes work too!) a few mugs/drink bottles
Multi-Pack of drinks
Snacks, some teabags, some sugar sachets
2 x Toilet roll
Powerpoint extension cord
Phone charger
Pyjamas for all sleeping
Change of clothes for the next day
Important medications

Moving Day Checklist
At the current property:
Meet the removers and show them around the property
Exchange mobile numbers for easy communication
Provide clear directions and helpful landmarks if necessary
Specify what items are to be taken and what is to be left behind
Highlight any items that require extra care during the move
Double-check that everything is loaded onto the van before leaving
Ensure all windows and doors are locked and utilities are turned off
At the new property:
Give the removers a quick tour of the new property
Label each room with a sign or use masking tape on the floors
Direct the removers where to place furniture
Check that all items have been unloaded and nothing has been left behind
Prioritize setting up the beds and making the space livable
Take a break and make a cup of tea – everything else can wait until tomorrow!
